Checkaroundme is a UK-based sole trader operating the website checkaroundme.uk. We provide moving and cleaning services directly through our own team. When you accept a quote and confirm a booking, your contract is with Checkaroundme.

These terms apply to customers using our website to request quotes or book services. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a contract, resident in the United Kingdom, and that the information you provide is accurate.

We provide man and van and removal services, including local moves, furniture delivery, office relocations, single item transport, and packing assistance. We also provide cleaning services, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleans, move-in and move-out cleans, regular visits, office cleaning, and after building cleans.

We are responsible for carrying out services with reasonable skill and care, ensuring workers attending your property are appropriately vetted, communicating clearly about bookings and timing, and handling complaints relating to the services we provide.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK law.

Requesting a quote through Checkaroundme is free and you are under no obligation to accept any quote. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking or in any invoice we issue.

By submitting your contact details, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text message to provide a quote, confirm your booking, or follow up after your service.

You must not provide false information, submit speculative or fraudulent requests, harass our team, or interfere with our website or systems. We may refuse or cancel bookings that are abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise breach these terms.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. We may charge a reasonable cancellation fee where insufficient notice is given. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, excluding liabilities that cannot be limited under English law.
